Marek has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector in both the Czech Republic and abroad, covering property acquisitions, sales, renovations, and redevelopments. He has successfully connected the worlds of investment and consultancy into a unified approach. OUR STORY
In 2015, a unique opportunity arose — to purchase an apartment at a reasonable price with strong investment potential. After a complete renovation, its value increased significantly, and three years later it was sold for approximately 50% more than the original purchase price. This success led to another smart step: using the gained capital to acquire a family house in an attractive location, once again with the potential for value growth through renovation.
It was at this moment that the idea was born — to help others with similar projects and ensure that every step leads to success. Real estate investment is not just about buying and selling. It involves many challenges, from complex legal structures and tax considerations to the technical condition of the property. Every mistake can result in a loss of time, money, and peace of mind.
